By ordering/ working with me, you're automatically agreeing to my terms of services. You're responsible for reading/ understanding them.
Do not trace/ edit or modify my work.
You're not allowed to put my work through any type of A.I generator.
All artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise specified.
I retain the rights to all of my work which include posting on social media/ my portfolio.
Do not claim my artwork as your own. Please be sure to properly credit me if sharing online.
I have a very busy schedule outside of art, so please be patient. I don't have time to work on art often, but will continue to provide updates as I work on them.
I reserve the right to cancel or deny a commission.

Payment

All payment is made in USD using either Paypal, Ko-Fi or VGEN.
Payment is made upfront & in full before I start.
Payment is to be made within 48 hours of sending the proposal unless you've specifically discussed needing more time prior to placing your order.
Finished works won't be delivered until payment is fully received.
Issues with payment may be subject to a "late fee", if this late fee/ commission still isn't paid within 48 hours then you'll be subjected to a risk fee for any future commissions I accept from you.
I don't allow refunds or cancellations once I've started your order. The only exception is if I'm, personally, no longer able to complete your order. In which, I'll refund you directly.

Process

Please do not change OCs once I've started your commission. (I will only allow this change in extreme situations.)
You can change the OC only one time before I start the commission if needed.
I'll send WIPs before order is completed (unless it's a "surprise me" order).
All changes should be communicated during the sketch phase.
No edits will be made on completed/ finished artwork.

Deadlines & Communication

Turn around time can take anywhere between 1-3 months depending on IRL situations.
You can DM me on VGEN if you're curious about order progress.
Do not DM about a commission on Discord, my Discord DMs are for personal use only unless I contact you there first.
